Preparing for a Healthy Lifestyle Change
This 6 session group led by Steven Feinstein, Ph.D. will focus
on preparation for healthy changes including understanding ambivalence, increasing confidence and motivation for change, how
to overcome obstacles, understanding the mind/body connection, choosing the right time for change, developing a plan for change
and strengthening commitment to change.
This program is suitable for anyone considering changes related
to increasing exercise or nutrition, decreasing alcohol, cigarettes or caffeine use or managing chronic illness, etc.
