From PA Turnpike: Exit 39, South
on Route 8 toward Pittsburgh for 4.1 miles, Right on Duncan Ave for 1/2 mile to 4 way stop, Right onto Mt. Royal Blvd. Continue for .2 miles. The Gamma Building is the first office building
on the right, between 2 small bridges. (Handicap accessible entrance is located
to the left of the Magic Moments entrance.) Follow the parking lot to the side
of the building, go up the concrete steps, through the rotunda, make a left, we are at the end of the hall.
From Pittsburgh, Route 28: North
on Route 28, Butler exit to Route 8 North for about 5 miles, Left onto Duncan
Avenue for 1/2 mile to 4 way stop, Right onto Mt. Royal Blvd. Continue for .2 miles. The Gamma Building is the first office building

From Route 19, Wexford: Follow
Route 19 to Route 910 East for about 8 miles to intersection of Route 910 and Route 8.
Turn Right onto Route 8 South for about 4 miles, Right on Duncan Avenue for 1/2 mile to

proceed to third light. Turn Right onto
Duncan Avenue (Green Belt), go to 5 way stop. Turn Left to stay on Duncan Avenue and the Green Belt (at Duncan

65, Ohio River Blvd. Turn Left onto Camp Horne Road (Green Belt). Turn Right onto Sewickley
Oakmont Road (Green Belt). Turn Right onto Perry Highway 19 (Green Belt). Turn Left onto Three Degree Road (Green Belt). Cross McKnight Road and turn Right
at the third light onto Duncan Ave. (Green Belt). Turn Left at the first stop sign onto
Mt. Royal Blvd.
